Tracy Savage
8 February - 6 March 2008
Drawing on the Yorkshire landscape and coast as inspiration, Tracy Savage's work is bursting with subjects that she finds fascinating; from coastal erosion to the design of the landscape, she uses wit and a story-like, illustrative style to create images of modern distraction. 'I like to create places for the onlooker to escape to, away from daily reality.'
Her paintings have enjoyed an enormous response and, with an increasing demand for original pieces, Savage has recently launched her first series of signed limited edition prints for 2008.
